Where do we begin? After my dad passed, the cracks in our family became impossible to ignore. He was the one who held us together, and without him, things we’d never dealt with quietly rose to the surface. The phone calls became fewer, the gatherings stopped, and our once-close bond started to feel like a memory.

Over time, I realized our story wasn’t unique. I kept hearing people say, “Families don’t get together anymore because the person who kept us connected is gone.” It struck me how many generations are growing up disconnected from their roots, their history, one another, and their futures. That’s when everything clicked. There is a universal need for genuine reconnection through family reunions. The ones we used to have when family felt like family.

So I created a business rooted in restoration. Yes, we plan the family reunions, but with a purpose deeper than a BBQ and matching t-shirts. We use these gatherings to begin the reconnection and healing work. Through guided conversations and my signature package, The R.E.U.N.I.T.E.™ Experience, we help families grieve what’s been lost, address the unspoken, and begin rewriting their story. My goal isn’t just a single event. It’s to help families remember who they are. To laugh, to cry, to forgive, and to build a future where they’re not just surviving trauma, but thriving despite it, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and generationally.

Is it hard? Absolutely. Some families aren’t ready. Some family managers are tired. Some elders are passing on. Some young people don’t yet see the point. So yes, it’s hard, but it’s doable. Greater than that, it’s necessary!

Legacy, in its truest form, is unique to each family. I’m here to help families discover what legacy means for them, and then live it out. I believe we can be the generation that breaks cycles, honors our lineage, and begins something new. And I’m here to walk that path with you, one family at a time.
